The Pakubuwono Menteng is a luxurious apartment project developed by the Pakubuwono Development, located in Menteng, Central Jakarta. It has 34 levels with a 3-level basement on 10,900 square metres of land area, across a 71,000 square metres Construction Floor Area.

The 3-level basement is designed with a semi top-down method to resist the huge soil pressure from the very soft organic clay layer, which is approximately 20 metres deep. The ground floor is designed for a working platform during construction. Foundation work was completed in March 2018.

Some of the complex connections were illustrated in 3D using Building Information Modelling technology, which provided valuable insight during the construction process.
