World Trade Centre 3 project is a Class A office building development located in a prime site on Jalan Jend. Sudirman, Jakarta. It consists of 41-storeys of office space and a 3-storey retail space over 5-levels of basement, with a total floor area of approximately 130,500 square metres.

Some complex solutions needed to be addressed when designing this project due to the tight space it was built in. Moreover, the basement had to provide a connection to the existing building and future development. Davy Sukamta & Partners proposed the basement to be constructed with a semi top-down method. We used a reinforced concrete dual core wall and frame system to provide lateral stability to the tower.
