The Mall Kelapa Gading Extension is a mixed-use development located directly adjacent to Mall Kelapa Gading 3 in the centre of the golden business district of Kelapa Gading. The 77,150 square metre floor area development is comprised of a 4-storey mall, 6-storey car park, and 12-storey hotel which stands on top of the mall and the car park building.

The structural system is a reinforced concrete open frame, and the 2-level basement was constructed with a diaphragm wall as the retaining structure.
