This building consists of 11-storeys and a 1-level basement, located in the well-known traditional merchant district of Jalan Tanah Abang. The last five floors are dedicated for parking space, with 16 metres span, and 1200-millimetre depth conventional reinforced concrete beams. The total floor area is 49,515 square metres. The project cost was 90 billion Rupiah (6.3 million USD).

Solo Grand Mall

This development is the biggest of its kind in Solo. The mall is a 5-storey building with a 2-level basement, with a total Gross Floor Area of around 80,000 square metres. The building sits on soil with the basement slab as the foundation.
