PP assigned Davy Sukamta & Partners to redesign the Plaza Medan Fair structure. We used precast U-beams and half slab panels. This 4-storey mall spanning across 100,000 square metres, was completed in a lightning speed of 6 months for the superstructure, and another 5 months for the finishing.
