The Mercure Hotel is a new development with 290 room-keys, located at the centre of Lampung. The complex consists of a 35-storey building with a four-level basement, including a ten-level podium. The project covers a total area of approximately 82,000 square metres.

The structural system consists of reinforced concrete core wall with seismic moment frames. The podium levels support various amenities including a pool, spa, fitness centre, restaurants, and a very spacious ballroom. Prestressed concrete was used to support a 32-meter-long beam above the ballroom.
