Located in Central Jakarta, the Merlynn Park is a 16-storey hotel building and has 299 room-bays with three levels of basement.

To accommodate a big swimming pool with an open terrace on top of the ballroom, 32 meter-span post-tensioned beams were chosen. The building has several protruding boxes, and a Vierendeel steel structure was utilised to solve the problem.
