Hotel Gran Mahakam is a 12-storey luxury boutique hotel constructed in a densely populated area in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta with distinctly European architecture.

Davy Sukamta & Partners designed the Gran Mahakam hotel using the top-down method, excavating 11-metres deep, while only being 1.5 metres away from 2 to 3-storey neighbouring buildings.
