Nusantara International Convention and Exhibition Center PIK2

The NICE project is located in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2. This MICE complex consists of three wide-span exhibition halls ranging from 12,960 square meters to 20,800 square meters. The three halls are connected by a 397-meter-long atrium stretching from west to east. The steel roof dimensions for Hall 1 and 2 are identical at 104 x 202 meters, though the roof heights differ, at 24 meters and 20 meters above the ground floor, respectively. Hall 3 has a smaller dimension, measuring 72 x 180 meters and rising 20 meters above the ground floor. The total construction floor area is around 380,000 square meters.

A 5-meter-high space truss system was fabricated and welded on the ground floor before being erected in a single lift. It took 5-6 hours to lift the whole roof to 20 meters high. Utilizing high grade Q355 steel, the typical diameter of the ball joints is approximately 400–600 milimeter, connecting individual tubular pipes with diameters ranging from 200 to 350 milimeter. Welding connections are used on the big ball joints.

Two out of three buildings will be ready to host events in August and September 2025.
