Located within the high-density corridor of Jalan Dago, Bandung, West Java, this 19-level hotel development reflects our expertise in delivering complex structural solutions in tightly constrained urban environments. The project comprises a 15-storey tower rising above a 4-storey podium, supported by three basement levels.

Constructing three basement levels in a dense urban setting required meticulous planning and robust engineering controls. To ensure excavation safety and protect adjacent structures, we implemented a soldier pile retaining system combined with ground anchors. This solution effectively controlled lateral wall deformation during deep excavation, maintaining structural stability and minimizing impact on the surrounding area.

A defining feature of the development is the rooftop podium swimming pool, structurally supported by prestressed beams spanning 25 meters. This long-span solution enables a completely column-free ballroom beneath, significantly enhancing spatial flexibility, functionality, and the property’s commercial value.

This project demonstrates our capability to integrate innovative structural systems with practical construction methodologies—delivering safe, efficient, and high-performance engineering solutions in challenging urban contexts.
