We are currently working on several exciting projects across the hospitality and residential sectors. 1.Hospitality Project in Labuan Bajo (Confidential Project)

Nestled along the hilly coastline of Flores Island, this expansive hospitality development is thoughtfully designed to respond to and harmonize with its natural surroundings. The main building is complemented by a collection of private villas, offering guests a balance of privacy, comfort, and connection to the surrounding landscape. The development also features a range of premium amenities, including a spa, beach club, and kids’ club, designed to create a memorable experience for families and travelers of all ages.

2.High-Rise Residential Project in Jakarta (Confidential Project)

We are currently designing a high-rise residential tower in Jakarta. The development is located on a site with an existing basement structure, requiring careful planning and coordination between the demolition of the existing basement and the construction of the new basement system.

One of the key challenges is ensuring the stability and safety of the surrounding structures while creating a seamless transition between the existing and new works throughout the construction sequence. This requires detailed structural analysis, thoughtful construction staging, and close coordination with the other project disciplines.

3.Residential Project near Jakarta (Confidential Project)

We are currently designing a residential complex located near Jakarta. The development feautres multiple residential buildings and supporting facilities, carefully planned to create a cohesive, functional, and comfortable living environment.

Situated on a contoured site, the project presents unique challenges in site adaptation, level coordination, and structural design. We are developing innovative and efficient solutions to ensure that the development responds effectively to the terrain while remaining aligned with the overall architectural and landscape vision.
