The ESR Cibitung Distribution Center, located in the MM2100 Industrial Estate, West Java, is a modern three-story warehouse facility with a total constructed area of approximately 105,477 square meters.
Designed with efficiency and resilience in mind, the facility consists of two identical warehouse buildings connected by a central driveway with circular ramps at both ends, ensuring smooth logistics flow. The driveway is supported by reinforced concrete corbels and is not part of the primary lateral system.
The structural system utilizes reinforced concrete Special Moment Frames (SMF), designed to provide ductility and reliable seismic resistance, while the flooring system is engineered to meet FM Global FM-3 standards for flatness and levelness —critical for high-bay long-term racking operations. Warehouse racking areas are designed to support 2.0 tons per square meter, with enhanced capacity of 2.5 tons per square meter at the ground floor.
The roof structure employs 2D steel trusses with pipe bracing, forming a robust diaphragm system that efficiently transfers loads to the reinforced concrete supports. This integration of concrete and steel systems ensures long-term durability and operational reliability.
