Grand Mercure Carita, SERANG

This building consist of a slender tower 17 stories high sitting on top of 2 stories of podium surrounded by landscaped earth mound. This building has been designed to take the tsunami force – the first high-rise building in Indonesia designed for. The upper layer soil up to 19 meters consists of loose to medium dense sands. To provide adequate compressive and tensile bearing capacity, the bored pile foundation system was chosen.
The ground breaking ceremony was held on June 1, 2022.
And static pile load test will be held at the end of June 2022.
