This hotel is located in the heart of Dago Residential Area of North Bandung. It consists of three 12-storey slender towers with a total development area of 21,714 square meters.
Designing a building with a 4-level basement on a narrow block of land area in this case is extremely challenging. To resolve the situation of the exceptionally tight space, a more advanced method is required.
To add to the complexity, the buildings are short and stiff, but they must be able to carry a more significant earthquake load coefficient compared to tall buildings in general.
Davy Sukamta & Partners is appointed as the structural and foundation engineering for this project.
