Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong, TANGERANG

Harris Hotel & Convention Serpong is a project developed by PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, located in Serpong, Tangerang. This development is an addition to the local skyline, comprising 18 levels of hotel space and a single basement level. Built on a land area of approximately 5,289 square meters and delivering a total gross floor area of 26,560 square meters, the building is designed to meet the dynamic needs of the hospitality sector.

In addition to the main hotel building and dedicated powerhouse building, the project showcases a unique structural integration: a 1-storey reinforced concrete extension constructed above an existing and operational Summarecon Mall Serpong structure. This extension was specifically designed to support the ballroom’s steel roof system, with our team providing the full structural design for all steel components.

As the structural engineering consultant, Davy Sukamta & Partners was entrusted to deliver a safe, resilient, and efficient structural framework for the project. The hotel’s main building was topped off in July 2025, marking the completion of the structural frame. Throughout the construction phase, we provided continuous technical support to ensure all works strictly adhered to established engineering principles and safety standards. Following the structural completion, the project seamlessly transitioned through architectural finishes and MEP installations.

With construction now finalized, the project stands as a testament to coordinated engineering excellence, ensuring long-term structural performance and integrity for our client.
