Mawatu Resort is a development of 11.6 hectares tourism area. Located in Batu Cermin, Labuan Bajo, Flores Island, about 7 kilometers at northeast of Komodo International Airport, this project will be developed on hilly land along the coast.
The resort consists of 5-star hotel and villa, boutique hotel, town center, floating villa and restaurant, and other facility such as chapel, plaza, and parking space.
DS&P is appointed as the infra-structure consultant of this project.
