Constructed on 1.9 hectares land area, the Avania project consists of two residential towers (51-story and 34-story) and an office tower (56 stories) with total area of 233,800 sqm including parking podium (up to 10 levels) and 1-level of basement.
Located in the heart of CBD Jakarta, the three towers are supported on raft foundation with bored piles. Bored pile foundation system is used to accommodate the required compressive and tensile strength due to vertical and lateral load. Pile load test has started since September 2020 to verify the actual in-situ capacity of the piles.
