Opus Bay Retail, BATAM

Opus Retail Promenade is a part of a 125-hectare integrated township nestled in Batam. In its first phase, the development will include a mix of retail and parking facilities. The retail section will consist of 1 to 2-story buildings spanning approximately 10,000 square meters of Gross Floor Area (GFA). Additionally, there will be a six-story parking building with a semi-basement, covering an approximate GFA of 8,000 square meters.
