AIA Tower is a 38-storey office building located on Jalan Jend Sudirman, Jakarta, adjacent to Sampoerna Strategic Square. The simple structural scheme and the good planning from the contractor made a 5-day cycle achievable in this project. The building was completed in 20 months and occupied by October 2015.

The total floor area is 75,165 square metres including a 4-level basement. The structural system is a dual system supported on a bored-pile foundation.
