Davy Sukamta & Partners’ foundation and super-structure design includes one 48-storey and two 46-storey towers, with a 4-level podium sitting on a 4-level basement. The design was challenging due to the highly irregular layout of the tower. Davy Sukamta & Partners overcame this using a reinforced concrete dual system to provide lateral stability to the tower. The podium block is thoroughly landscaped, creating the atmosphere of a luxury resort.
