Balmoral Tower Project is a 36-storey residential development located very close to the Waterfront Ferry Terminal in Batam. Balmoral Tower is among the first buildings to be constructed from the overall Opus Bay masterplan. Opus Bay masterplan development consists of three apartment towers and luxury resort villas, projected to offer 1500 apartment units and 300 premium villas.

Davy Sukamta & Partners was invited to the Balmoral Tower project through a value engineering scheme with China State Construction. The occasion arose from a past project collaboration. DS&P’s engineering services include value engineering design while maintaining strict compliance with all applicable Indonesian National Standards (SNI), resulting in significant cost savings.

The structure has been topped-off in August 2024 while finishing work on the building is still under progress.
