Bank NISP is located on Jalan Dr. Satrio, right in front of the Mega Kuningan complex. It consists of a 22-storey tower and a 4-level basement. Two basement levels have a 5-metre floor to floor height, to accommodate double-decker parking units. In total it has a total of 6 levels of parking floors, making the depth of excavation reach 17 metres from the ground surface. The total floor area is approximately 32,500 square metres.
