BUMN Center Menara Danareksa Tower is a 21 stories high office building with one level basement located in Medan Merdeka Selatan.

Davy Sukamta & Partners was appointed by the contractor to do the construction design system for the basement below an ongoing construction work. Not only do we have to deal with a very poor soil condition in the site, but the construction process of the tower itself must proceed uninterruptedly while the mat foundation of the basement is cast.

An up-down and top-down construction method was adopted by Davy Sukamta & Partners for the basement to speed up the construction process and maintain the project schedule. We also designed king-posts to support the load of the existing ground and the four floors above.
