The development consists of a 4-level basement for parking, 8-storeys of podium designated for a luxury mall, and four 24-storey towers on top of the podium block. Three of the towers are used as exclusive apartment buildings, while the other is a hotel.

The structural system used for the towers is a dual system of reinforced concrete core wall and reinforced concrete ductile open frames, while the basement was constructed with an island method, utilizing soil berm and steel strut to shore the contiguous bored piles. The total floor area is approximately 121,058.17 square metres. The topping off was conducted on December 12, 2007.
