Cendrawasih Residence is a mixed-use of residential and commercial project located at a prime location in East Jakarta on MT Haryono street. It has a fairly massive and elongated floor plan with a total gross floor area of approximately 189,284 square meters and five substructure levels.

A rather large floor tower area with a relatively short floor-to-floor height in the upper structure is one of the challenges that Davy Sukamta & Partners must face.
