The Essence Darmawangsa is an upscale apartment complex, built in the prestigious location of Kebayoran Baru. The East tower has 34-storeys of 221 luxury units, with 2 basement levels. The total floor area is approximately 57,154 square metres.

The structural system for the building is reinforced concrete core wall and flat slabs. The building sits on a foundation of bored piles with a diameter of 1.0m-1.2 metres deep from the surface. We were able to reduce the cost by 15 billion Rupiah (1.06 million USD), compared to the similar first tower designed by other engineers.
