The Exim Melati office building is located on Jalan M.H. Thamrin, Jakarta. The building has 13 floors above the ground and 1 floor below the ground.

Davy Sukamta & Partners was appointed to evaluate and retrofit the building after an earthquake. The building was checked by the new earthquake regulations. Besides renovations, a podium was also added.
