Damaged by fire during the May 1998 civil disturbance, this 8-storey electronic and shopping centre building was remodelled with a new floor plan, to provide for an approximately 35,000 square metre floor area.

Davy Sukamta & Partners was commissioned to undertake investigation and assessment of the fire damaged structure, as well as to provide structural strengthening and renovation design for the new architectural plan. The new floor plan requires modification to the existing structure.

The total construction cost was 12 million USD.
