The Harris SMS Serpong Hotel is a project developed by PT Summarecon Agung TBK, located in Serpong, Tangerang. This development is an addition to the local skyline, comprising 18 levels of hotel space and a single basement level. With a total gross floor area of 21,100 square meters, the building is designed to meet the dynamic needs of the hospitality sector.

As the structural engineering consultant, we were entrusted with designing a safe and efficient structural framework for the project. As of now, the construction has progressed to the fifth floor. This progress marks the transition from foundational work to vertical development. Our team continues to play an active role on-site, providing technical support to ensure that construction aligns with the planning and engineering principles established during the design phase.
