The Islamic Financial Centre building is a project of PT Agung Sedayu Group, located on Jalan Pangeran Antasari in the Islamic Financial District Area, the largest and first Islamic Financial Center in Southeast Asia. The project is comprised of two office tower developments, 30-storeys high with a 9-level podium and a 1-level basement.

Davy Sukamta & Partners was appointed as the structural and foundation engineer. The upper layer soil, with a depth up to 13 metres, consists of very soft silty clay, which needed to be improved to enable the use of precast driven piles. The soil improvement process and piling work were completed in 2020.
