Karawang Logistic Park is another modern logistic warehouse complex developed by ESR. The project comprises of three warehouse blocks with approximately 24,000 square meters footprint for each block situated on about 12.5 hectares of land.

Following the footsteps of the preceding ESR project, stringent design criteria for industrial warehouse were strategically approached to achieve a cost-efficient design that is simultaneously in accord with the latest Indonesian seismic code requirements.

Moreover, several design improvements that can further benefit the project were also adopted in the latest structural and foundation scheme.
