The ESR Karawang Logistics Project is a large-scale industrial development, comprising three warehouse blocks with a combined built-up area of 127,886 square meters. Each block, spanning approximately 24,192 square meters, is meticulously engineered to support high efficiency logistics and heavy-duty storage operations.

To ensure safety and long-term durability, the structural design complies strictly with Indonesia’s latest seismic and structural standards, including SNI 1726:2019, SNI 2847:2019, SNI 1729:2020, and SNI 7860:2020. This rigorous adherence to national regulations guarantees that the facility meets the highest safety benchmarks for industrial infrastructure. The project has been completed and is currently in full operation.
