Karv Jimbaran is a premier luxury resort located in the prestigious area of Jimbaran, Bali. Spanning a 1.5-hectare site, this project blends architectural excellence with the region’s natural beauty. The design incorporates a terraced layout inspired by Bali’s iconic rice fields, harmonizing with the terrain’s natural contours.

The development features a main hotel building at the highest point of the site, offering sweeping views of the ocean, complemented by 25 luxury villas cascading down toward the coastline. Each villa is strategically positioned to ensure unobstructed views of the sea while immersing guests in a serene, lush landscape.

The Main Building and Villas were topped off in March 2024. Construction has now advanced into the final phase, with work focused on architectural finishing and MEP installations. Throughout the process, thoughtful engineering solutions were employed to address the site’s complex topography and coastal conditions, ensuring structural integrity and long-term durability.
