The Menara Kompas is located on Jalan Palmerah Selatan, Jakarta. This 25-storey building with a 3-level basement has a gross building area of approximately 57,000 square metres. The façade was designed with perforated aluminium as double skin to reduce energy consumption.

The structural system is a reinforced concrete core wall and open frame, acting as a dual system to resist seismic and wind load, with bored piles as the foundation.
