Mawatu Resort is a luxurious development on 11.6 hectares of tourism-designated area. Located in Batu Cermin, Labuan Bajo, Flores Island – about 7 kilometers northeast of Komodo Inter- national Airport, this project will be developed on hilly land along the coastline.

The resort consists of several buildings with wide-ranging facilities, including 5-star hotel and villas, a boutique hotel, a town center, floating villas, restaurants, a chapel, a plaza, and a parking area.

Davy Sukamta and Partners is appointed as the infrastructure consultant for the project.
