Situated amongst beautiful natural scenery in Ubud, the nine-hectare luxury resort on a hill overlooks the Petanu river. Maya Ubud Hotel consists of two blocks of 3-storey guest wings, 59 Balinese style standard villas, two suite villas, and one presidential suite. All villas are positioned on either side to reflect the ambiance of a harmonious village that follows the contours of the land.

The structure was built with reinforced concrete framing and a Balinese style wooden roof truss.
