The Bank Mega Head Office is located in Jalan Kapten Tendean, Jakarta. The 26-storey office tower has 4 levels of basement, constructed with a top-down method. The gravity system for the tower is a conventional reinforced concrete slab and beam. A dual system (reinforced concrete core wall and reinforced concrete frame) was used for the lateral system. The total floor area is approximately 59,000 square metres.
