Located on Jalan Mega Kuningan Barat in the Jakarta CBD, this tower consists of 34-storeys with 4-levels of basement, including a 6-storey podium and a refuge floor at Level-21. The total floor area is approximately 81,250 square metres.

A reinforced concrete core wall and frame dual system were used as a lateral resisting structural system.
