Consisting of 28 floors above ground level in the Mega Kuningan complex, the Menara Prima Office has a total floor area of 62,000 square metres. This Class A office building sits on a bored-pile foundation and has 3-levels of basement to accommodate over 400 cars.

A dual system of reinforced concrete core wall and reinforced concrete open frame was used as the lateral system and proved to be effective when a powerful earthquake struck in 2007, as no structural or architectural damage was detected.

The work on the concrete structure is one of the best we have ever inspected in recent years. This prime office building was completed in October 2007.
