Strategically located on Jalan Letjen Sutoyo, Lowokwaru, the Novotel Malang is a significant addition to Malang’s growing hospitality sector. This 20-storey development comprising 18 floors above a 2-storey podium and 2 basement levels, spans a total gross floor area of approximately 30,202 square meters.

As the foundation and structural engineering consultant, Davy Sukamta & Partners was entrusted to design a safe, resilient, and cost-efficient structural framework tailored to the project’s scale. Currently, the project has successfully transitioned into the early stages of construction. With site preparation nearing completion, the project is set to proceed with piling drilling and other foundation works in the coming weeks.
