Opus Retail Promenade is part of a 125-hectare integrated township in Batam, developed with a practical and efficient design. The project combines the modern design of retail spaces and parking facilities.
The first phase of the development includes retail spaces covering 10,000 square meters of Gross Floor Area (GFA), with 1 to 2-story buildings designed for a variety of commercial purposes. Additionally, a six-story parking structure with a semi-basement, covering 8,000 square meters of GFA, complements the retail spaces.
Through value engineering services, the project was able to conserve nearly 1,000 tons of steel. This design optimization reduced material usage, providing a cost-effective solution while maintaining structural integrity.
Opus Retail Promenade demonstrates how practical engineering and efficient design can come together to create a development that balances both functionality and resource management.
