This 27-storey office building is located on Jalan Jendral Sudirman Jakarta. The tower has a slender appearance since each floor is only 1,210 square metres and it takes on a very simple yet beautiful form. The total floor area is 25,177 square metres.

The building sits on 1 metre diameter bored piles and has a 3-level basement. The structural system is a dual system of reinforced concrete core wall and reinforced concrete ductile open frame. It took just one year to complete the structure, from the foundation, the 3-level basement, up to the topping off.
