The Puri Indah Hotel Construction Project is a project consisting of a 23-storey hotel tower and a 7-storey parking area tower. Both towers share two levels below ground basement. The primary objective of the project is to accommodate client needs while ensuring the construction is carried out with the highest degree of professionalism and efficiency to complete within the stipulated timeline.

The construction will take place in two stages. The first stage will involve the construction of a parking building and two levels of parking basements. The main objective of this stage is to complete the construction by mid-2024 to accommodate the mall that is currently undergoing renovations. Currently, the construction of the parking building’s retaining structure has been completed successfully.

The construction of the hotel tower and two levels of basements will take place in the second stage of the project. At present, the design coordination process for the hotel tower is still ongoing.

Once both towers and basements are completed, a part of the diaphragm wall between the basements will be demolished to connect the two basements. This will provide easy access and facilitate the movement of goods and services in and out of the hotel.

The total Constructed Floor Area for this Project is approximately 46,794 square meters.
