Puri Indah Hotel is an integral expansion of the Puri Indah Mall complex, strategically designed to enhance both hospitality and commercial synergy. Rising 23 stories above ground and supported by two basement levels, the hotel represents a significant milestone in the area’s development. The initial phase was marked by the completion of the Puri Indah Park parking building in May 2024. Upon completion, the hotel’s basement levels will be seamlessly connected to the parking structure, optimizing logistics and ensuring efficient movement of goods and services throughout the complex. The first floor will also feature two pedestrian bridges that directly link to Puri Indah Mall 2, offering guests and visitors convenient access to premier shopping and entertainment facilities.

The project’s compact footprint introduced notable engineering complexities, particularly in the positioning of the core wall, which is offset to one side of the building. This configuration required careful consideration to mitigate torsional behaviour during seismic events. Specialized attention has been devoted to the dimensioning and arrangement of structural elements, balancing safety with functionality. By the end of 2025, the foundation and retaining structures were fully completed.
