Puri Matahari is a 27-storey mixed-use office and apartment building with a 2-level basement located on Jalan Lingkar Luar Barat, Jakarta, with a total area of 42,000 square metres.

The building has been seismically isolated with high-damping rubber bearings that will isolate the building from severe ground movements that occur during an earthquake. To ensure the system works optimally, a reinforced concrete wall with outriggers and steel frames were chosen as the lateral structural system of the tower.
