The spectacular Regatta Phase 2 consists of 3-blocks of 24-storey towers with a total development area of approximately 137,586 square metres, including 2 basement levels. 

The system of the superstructure is a reinforced concrete core wall combined with reinforced concrete seismic moment frames. A precast spun pile was used for the foundation.
