Two large RC concrete box culverts, buried underneath the Dhoho Kediri airport runway embankment, will serve as the main infrastructure facilitating diversion of two main crossing rivers. Routing layout of the box culverts Bravo and Charlie – intersecting the runway, are shown in figure below. The soil embankment height above the box culverts ranges from 0.6 to 2.5 meters above Bravo and 17 – 24 meters above Charlie. The dimensions of box culvert Bravo is 11 meters wide x 7.3 meters deep x 575 meters long, while dimensions for Charlie is  15.9 meters wide x 6.8meters deep x 422 meters long.
