The Sherwood Residence is located in Kelapa Gading. The project comprises three 20-storey towers and a 4-level car park podium. The total area of the entire development is approximately 57,000 square metres. The structural system that is used is a reinforced concrete beam and slab with a dual system of open frames, with a reinforced concrete core wall to resist the lateral load. This project uses 1.0 metre bored piles as the foundation.
