Located in Jalan RA Kartini, South Jakarta, South Quarter is an office complex comprised of three towers, 20-storeys tall sitting on a 4-level basement.
This prime multi-use development was created upon the concept of sustainability and designed to provide the occupants with an inspiring working place. The tower formation was designed according to solar orientation, to increase internal comfort and reduce energy consumption. The double-skin facade reflects a traditional Indonesian rattan basket with a distinctive organic form. Many design features stand out of this office complex, including a large green canopy at Level-2 covering a porte-cochère between the towers, and a large dome located on the ground floor level.
