The Summarecon Mall Serpong Phase 3 located on Boulevard Raya Gading Serpong Street, Kelapa Dua, Tangerang. The project consists of two buildings with distinct functions, separated by a structural dilatation system. One building is a four-story parking structure with split-level floors, while the other is a four-story retail building. During the initial phase of construction, the retail building will temporarily serve as a parking facility.

The project will be constructed on a vacant lot with a land area of approximately 6,136 square meters and a total floor area of about 31,000 square meters. It is situated in a highly integrated commercial zone, surrounded by the main Summarecon Mall Serpong 1 and 2 buildings, as well as two existing parking structures. To avoid any potential earthquake-related interaction between the new and existing buildings, the new structures will be structurally separated from their surroundings using a comprehensive dilatation system.
