The Tempo Scan Tower is located on Jalan Rasuna Said, Jakarta. This 30-storey building with a 4-level basement has a total floor area of approximately 70,000 square metres. The tower accommodates 48,188 square metres of first-class office space.

This beautiful tower is shaped by its façade. The façade was designed to create a three-dimensional rotating pattern by the presence of vertical fins that stagger from one floor to the next, giving the building a dynamic twisting effect.

The structural systems are reinforced concrete core wall and open frames (acting as a dual system to resist seismic and wind load), sitting on a 4-level basement with bored piles as the foundation. The depth of excavation reaches 17 metres below the ground.
