The Bellagio Residence is located in Jakarta’s golden triangle, in the upmarket Mega Kuningan district. It consists of 742 units in a 37-storey building that covers a total area of 173,380 square metres.

Davy Sukamta & Partners was appointed as the structural and geotechnical engineer. We used a tunnel form construction method for the superstructure, and the 3-level basement substructure was completed with a ground anchor method using contiguous bored piles.
